Aaand it's been like a year since I last submitted a picture of this character. Drawing her hair is pretty much the most fun thing ever. Drawing free wiggly lines is really liberating somehow. Ignore the totally haphazard folds in her skirt, btw; that was kind of an accident.
Primary colorsssss. They're really fun to do with Prismacolor pencils. The pastel "highlight" colors are always so nice and soft. Also, I think holly just looks amazingly adorable as an accessory to girly outfits. Hope you guys have a great new year!
