Her character, Vidar. I think I made him a little tacky, but given that I doubt the character cares much about his clothes, that's probably okay. Oh, and I doubt he likes being a victim of my cute art. :'DDDDD

I kind of freehanded the lines for his braid with my pen, which probably wasn't the best idea, but it seems to have turned out alright in the end. I like the bow (although Vidar probably doesn't).

Get some Christmas spirit, little dude!

It's actually just pressure variation! :>

Start at the edge where the darkest point would be (shadows?), pressing hard, and then gradually lighten your pressure as you move toward the other side. For the skin color, I just colored really softly with orange on the parts that I wanted to be darkest, and then repeated the previous technique.
